VictoryHacks operates this site and sells digital products. We are the data controller for the information described below.

When you buy something: Payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) collect your payment details. We receive your email address so we can send your product and contact you about your order.

Owner login: If you sign in as the store owner (Google Sign-In), we use your Google email only to verify that you are the owner. We do not store your password; Google handles sign-in.

Browsing: The site may use cookies or local storage for preferences and to remember payment method settings you add as the owner. We do not track you across other sites for advertising.

3. How we use it

We use your email to deliver your purchase and to reply to support requests. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing.

4. Third parties

Payments are handled by Stripe, PayPal, and similar providers; their privacy policies apply to payment data. Google’s privacy policy applies when you use Sign in with Google. Our hosting (e.g. Netlify) may log access (IP, browser) for security and operation.

5. Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you and request correction or deletion. Contact us via the email or Discord on the site.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
